Refund Policy
1. General policy
1.1 This refund policy applies to all course fees paid to Bunt Education (“the Centre”).
1.2 By enrolling in a course and making payment, parents/guardians and students agree to the terms of this refund policy.
2. Course fee refunds before class commencement
2.1 If a written withdrawal request is received at least [14] days before the course start date, [100]% of the course fees paid will be refunded.
2.2 If a written withdrawal request is received between [7–13] days before the course start date, [85]% of the course fees paid will be refunded.
2.3 No refund will be given for withdrawal requests received less than [7] days before the course start date.

4. Course fee refunds after class commencement
4.1 Once the course has commenced, course fees are generally non-refundable.
4.2 In exceptional cases (e.g. serious illness, relocation), the Centre may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund or credit for future classes upon receiving supporting documents.
4.3 Any approved refund or credit will be subject to an administrative fee of [S$95] and pro-rated based on the number of remaining lessons.
5. Missed lessons
5.1 Fees are not refundable or transferable for student absences due to personal reasons (e.g. holidays, other activities).
5.2 Where possible and subject to availability, the Centre may offer replacement lessons, but this is not guaranteed. Missed replacement lessons will not be refunded or rescheduled.
6. Class changes and cancellations by the Centre
6.1 The Centre reserves the right to change teachers, class schedules, or class formats (e.g. from physical to online) when necessary. Such changes do not entitle students to refunds.
6.2 If the Centre cancels a course or class permanently and is unable to provide a suitable alternative, a pro-rated refund of the unused portion of course fees will be provided.
7. Payment of refunds
7.1 Approved refunds will be processed within [14–30] working days from the date of written confirmation by the Centre.
7.2 Refunds will be made via [bank transfer / PayNow / original mode of payment], to the payer’s name as registered with the Centre.
8. Non-transferability
8.1 Course fees and credits are non-transferable to other students unless expressly approved in writing by the Centre.
9. Policy changes
9.1 The Centre reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. The latest version will be made available at our premises and/or on our website.
9.2 In the event of any discrepancy, the Centre’s decision on the interpretation of this policy shall be final.
